Video: OBEY Convention Digs in at Common Roots Urban Farm

Improvised tunes and local food keep everyone healthy

The Common Roots Urban Farm hosted dozens of fans, three amazing sets and a whole bunch of fledgling herbs and veggies as the 6th annual OBEY Convention in Halifax came to a close on Sunday. The improvised notes of Solomon Vromans (I See Rowboats), Tim Crabtree (Paper Beat Scissors) and JOURNEYS (Lindsay Dobbin, Evan Cardwell, Jesse Matthews) could be heard drifting out over the busy intersection of Quinpool and Robie Streets in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Check out the video below for a taste of what Solomon laid down at the farm.
