The Halifax Pop Explosion rounded out their lineup this morning announcing more bands to go along with previously announced acts Killer Mike, Joel Plaskett and Mo Kenney with Symphony Nova Scotia, KASHKA, UBT and Crosss. The festival takes place October 22-26.
