Lineup for Halifax Pop Explosion revealed

Halifax Pop Explosion will go off in Halifax once again this October. Today, the lineup was announced at the Carleton, a venue that will once again host shows at the festival this fall. Earlier this spring it was announced Whitehorse will play with Symphony Nova Scotia at the Rebecca Cohn Auditorium. Last week Juno award winning artist Lights was added to the bill.

This year’s lineup includes Danny Brown, Austra, The Wooden Sky, Kevin Drew, City Natives, Astral Swans, Teenage Kicks, Petra Glynt, Mike Boyd, Single Mothers, Solids, PS I Love You, Bry Webb, The Flatliners, Swearin’, Cousins, Thugli, Ill Gates, Sonreal, Operators, Whitehorse, BadBadNotGood, Chad VanGaleen, Twin Shadow, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Lights, Tokyo Police Club and Against Me!

BadBadNotGood, Raekwon and Ghostface Killah will be playing a show together.

Halifax Pop Explosion takes place Tuesday, Oct. 21 to Saturday, Oct. 25.
